Welcome to Paperplaydabbl. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("user", "guest", "you") and Paperplaydabbl Oy ("Paperplaydabbl", "we", "us"), the operator of paperplaydabbl.com. Please read them carefully before using the platform or submitting an enquiry.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using paperplaydabbl.com you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, and accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. About Our Service

Paperplaydabbl is a curated hospitality platform showcasing a selection of luxury Finnish casino hotels, wellness retreats, and VIP experiences. We facilitate enquiries and act as a presentation and concierge layer between you and the partner properties. Final reservation contracts are formed directly between the guest and the hotel, subject to the hotel's own terms.

3. Eligibility & Account

The platform is intended for adults aged 18+. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials issued to you (for example, VIP portal logins) and for all activity that occurs under those credentials.

4. Bookings, Reservations & Payments

• All enquiries are subject to availability and to the partner hotel's confirmation.
• Rates, packages, taxes, and amenities may change without notice until a reservation is confirmed in writing.
• Payment terms, deposits, and security holds are determined by each partner hotel and disclosed at the time of confirmation.
• Cancellation, modification, and no-show fees follow the policy of the relevant property.
• Group bookings (5+ rooms) and VIP packages may carry separate contractual terms.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Standard cancellation windows range from 24 hours to 14 days prior to arrival, depending on the property and rate. Non-refundable rates are clearly marked. Refunds, where due, are processed by the partner hotel through the original payment method, typically within 14 business days.

6. Guest Conduct & Property Rules

Guests are expected to comply with each hotel's house rules, casino regulations, smoking policies, and health & safety requirements. Disruptive behaviour, unauthorised access to private areas, or breach of local law may result in removal from the property without refund and, where applicable, reporting to authorities.

7. Casino & Responsible Gaming

Casino facilities at our partner properties are licensed and regulated by Finnish authorities. Participation is voluntary, restricted to adults aged 18+, and subject to the operator's house rules. We promote responsible gaming and balance — see our Responsible Tourism page for support resources.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Submit false reservations, false identities, or misleading information.
• Scrape, copy, mirror, or reverse-engineer any part of the website.
• Upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with platform availability.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on paperplaydabbl.com — including text, photography, illustrations, graphics, code, logos, and the "Paperplaydabbl" name — is owned by or licensed to Paperplaydabbl Oy and protected by Finnish, EU, and international intellectual-property law. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use, but any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use requires our prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Content & Links

The platform may contain links to third-party websites (partner hotels, transport providers, tourism boards). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those external sites and encourage you to review their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable care, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses, nor do we guarantee the accuracy of all information regarding partner properties at all times.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law:

• Paperplaydabbl is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our aggregate liability for any direct loss arising from or related to the platform is limited to the total fees paid to Paperplaydabbl by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €500, whichever is lower.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Finnish or EU consumer protection law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paperplaydabbl, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.

14. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or major infrastructure outages.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent website notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by the District Court of Helsinki (Helsingin käräjäoikeus), unless mandatory consumer-protection law grants you a different forum. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
